Refund Policy

Catalog Purchases

Buying an article delivers it to your library immediately and removes it from the catalog for good, so catalog purchases are generally final. Two exceptions: if you are charged twice for the same order, the duplicate charge is refunded automatically; and if a purchased article fails to appear in your library or will not download, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Commissions

Every commission includes one revision round and a five business day turnaround; research-heavy briefs are quoted and scheduled individually. Revisions inside that allowance are free. If we are unable to deliver a commissioned piece at all, that order is refunded in full.

The Autopilot Subscription

The autopilot subscription is billed monthly through Whop. You can cancel at any time through Whop, which stops future billing right away. Claims left unused at the end of a billing period do not roll over and are not refunded, and canceling does not refund the period already paid for.

Writer Review Fee

Applying to write for Postdex carries a one-time $15 review fee. This fee is not refundable: it covers the time an editor spends reviewing your application, whether the application is accepted or declined.

Double Charges

If the same order is ever charged to you twice, the duplicate is refunded automatically. If you notice a double charge that was not refunded, tell us the order details through Contact and we will resolve it.

How to Request a Refund

Send your order details through Contact. We read every message and get back to you as soon as we can.
