Acceptable Use
Postdex is for transactional email. Order confirmations, password resets, alerts, invoices, signed-up newsletter sends to people who opted in. It is not for cold outreach, lead-generation blasts, or bought lists. Sending those will get your account suspended fast because they kill our SES reputation and threaten every other Postdex customer.
Suspension
We may pause or terminate accounts that hit a bounce rate above 5% or a complaint rate above 0.1% over any rolling 1,000-send window. These are AWS SES thresholds; we have to enforce them.
Refunds + Cancellation
Cancel anytime from settings. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and unused time is not refunded, but you can keep sending through the end of the paid period.
Liability
Postdex is provided as-is. Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. We don't guarantee 100% deliverability. No ESP can.
Changes
We'll email you before any material change to these terms. You can stop using the service if you don't agree to the change.
