The Catalog

Every article on Postdex is an edition of one. When you buy an article, it is removed from the catalog immediately and no other copy is ever sold. Full rights transfer to you at the moment of purchase: you may publish it anywhere, under any name, edit it, or keep it unpublished. We do not keep a resale copy and do not license it again.

Commissioned Writing

A commission is an article written to your brief, in the style you choose. Every commission includes one revision round and a five business day turnaround; research-heavy briefs are quoted and scheduled individually. Turnaround begins once your brief is accepted into the queue. If we cannot deliver a commissioned piece, you are refunded for that order.

The Autopilot Subscription

The autopilot subscription is billed through Whop that gives you a monthly allowance of claims against the catalog. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period and does not carry over. You can cancel at any time through Whop; cancellation stops future billing and does not refund the period already paid for.

Writer Applications

Writers may apply to join the catalog at Write for Postdex. Applying requires a one-time review fee, described in full on our refund policy. Submitting an application and paying the review fee does not guarantee acceptance; every application is reviewed by an editor against the standards that protect the shelf.

Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your password secure. One account per person. Contact us right away at Contact if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable Use

Do not scrape or automate access to the catalog outside of the documented API you are given as a buyer, do not submit fraudulent payments or file false chargebacks, and do not use the contact, newsletter, or writer application forms to send spam or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

No Warranty of Rankings or Results

We write and edit every article to a high standard, but we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, conversions, or any other outcome for an article you buy or commission, published on your site or anyone else’s.

Limitation of Liability

Postdex is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost traffic.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the catalog and its services change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above. Continuing to use Postdex after a change means you accept the updated terms.
